This is going to be an educational (and sometimes funny) series with a look at what can be improved in a picture from the military drill world.
Our first installment comes from the What Were They Thinking Department:
Web/ceremonial belts belong over- not above- the uniform belt (like the guards have them), unless you are wearing a uniform blouse (jacket). When wearing a blouse, the web/ceremonial belt goes over or between certain blouse buttons (depending on the number of buttons).
In this picture it looks as though the color team’s flag harnesses are too small since the harness goes underneath the web/ceremonial belt. My suggestion is larger harnesses and moving the web belts to over the uniform belts, wearing the belts around the rib cage does not look good, nor is it standard throughout the team.
