DrillFit: Side Bend with Rifle Exercise

This exercise works the core muscles.

Count1: Start with the rifle in either arm and above the head in a wide stance.

Count 2:Bend to the side as far as you can without twisting.

Repeat this exercise for one minute on both sides as part of your regular routine.
